1. Who we are

This website (example.com) is operated by Elegance Real Planejados, a company registered in Brazil under tax ID (CNPJ) 61.258.493/0001-59. For any question about this policy or the data we process, reach out at contato@example.com.

2. What data we collect

While you browse this site, we automatically collect:

  • Browsing and usage data: pages visited, time spent, clicks on buttons and links (e.g., WhatsApp, email), traffic source (e.g., Google search) and approximate location (city/country), via Google Analytics (GA4). GA4 does not store your IP address: it's used only in transit to estimate your region and then discarded.
  • Campaign signals (Meta Pixel): we use the Meta Pixel to measure the results of our Facebook/Instagram ads, recording page visits and, when you click WhatsApp or email, a conversion signal. This site has no form, so Meta never receives a name, email or phone number you typed, only browsing behavior. Like any internet request, Meta receives standard network data (IP address, browser); how that data is handled follows Meta's own policy.
  • Device data: device type, browser and operating system.
  • Server security logs: like any website, our server writes a technical log of each request, which includes the IP address, the page requested and the browser. This exists for a single reason: security: identifying and blocking attacks, automated scans and abuse. This log is kept for up to 30 days and automatically deleted after that, stays restricted to our own infrastructure, and is never used to identify, profile or contact visitors, nor cross-referenced with analytics data.
  • Cookies: small files stored in your browser. We use Google Analytics cookies (_ga,_ga_*) and a Meta Pixel cookie (_fbp) to identify visits anonymously/in aggregate, plus a cookie of our own that stores your acceptance of this notice, with no tracking purpose.

We don't collect registration data on the site

This site has no form, sign-up or login: while you browse, we don't request or receive your name, tax ID, phone number or email through a form. Our measurement tools (GA4 and Meta Pixel) use cookies and technical identifiers, not your name or ID, to generate statistical reports about site usage. That's different from calling the data "anonymous" in the strict technical sense: it's pseudonymous data (tied to a browser/device identifier, not an identified person), and Google or Meta could, within their own tools, technically link it to an identifier. Elegance Real Planejados, however, does not build an individual visitor profile or use this data to identify or contact anyone: we use it only to measure aggregate audience and the results of our own ads, never to sell or pass data on to third parties beyond those two measurement tools.

If you choose to contact us through the WhatsApp or email buttons, the conversation happens in your own app. This site does not intermediate or log the content of those messages.

3. What we use this data for

  • Understanding how people use the site and improving the browsing experience.
  • Measuring the effectiveness of content and ad campaigns (e.g., how many clicks turned into contact).
  • Protecting the site against attacks, automated scans and abuse.

Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel only load after you click "Got it" on the cookie notice: the legal basis for those two is your consent, given at that moment. Server security logs don't depend on a cookie or acceptance, since they're necessary for the site's own secure operation: the legal basis there is Elegance Real Planejados's legitimate interest in protecting its infrastructure against attacks (art. 7, IX of Brazil's LGPD, the Brazilian General Data Protection Law), always transparently and never for purposes unrelated to that objective.

4. Who we share data with

We use services provided by Google (Google Analytics) and by Meta Platforms, Inc. (owner of Facebook/Instagram, via the Meta Pixel) to analyze browsing and measure the results of our ads. Processing done by these companies follows their own applicable policies, terms and settings ( Google / Meta). We do not sell or trade your personal data. The only sharing we do is this, with these two tools, exclusively for the purposes described in this policy.

5. How long we keep it

In Google Analytics, the retention period for event data is a setting Elegance Real Planejados configures in the tool's own dashboard, within the limits Google allows. In the Meta Pixel, retention follows Meta's own rules and settings. In both cases, if you'd like to know the exact period currently in effect, just ask through the contact at the bottom of this page. Server security logs (item 2) are kept for up to 30 days and automatically deleted after that.

6. International data transfers

Google and Meta are US companies and may process data on servers outside Brazil. When that happens, processing follows the international transfer safeguards required by Brazil's LGPD and adopted by each company under its own terms and policies.

7. Cookies: how to opt out

If you don't click "Got it" on the cookie notice, Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel simply never load: no browser settings needed. If you already accepted and want to change your mind, deleting the site's cookies in your browser settings makes the notice appear again on your next visit. You can also install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on to prevent collection on any site you visit. Declining or deleting cookies doesn't stop you from using the site. It only stops your visit from being counted in our metrics.

8. Your rights (LGPD, art. 18)

At any time, you may request:

  • Confirmation that we process your data, and access to it;
  • Correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data;
  • Anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data;
  • Portability of your data to another provider;
  • Deletion of data processed based on your consent;
  • Information about who we share your data with;
  • Objection to processing based on Elegance Real Planejados's legitimate interest;
  • Withdrawal of your consent, in cases where that is the legal basis used.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy periodically. The date at the top of the page always reflects the most recent version.
